Over the past two and a half decades, I’ve built a career deeply rooted
in Learning & Development, Talent Development, and Organisation
Design. My journey began in 2000, navigating various consulting roles
and internal positions that broadened my understanding of how
businesses can enhance employee capabilities and foster professional
growth.
My entry into the field kicked off at NIS Sparta in 2003 as a Consultant and Corporate
Trainer, where I focused on facilitating and
creating programs that support professional and interpersonal skill development.
Progressing to a leadership role at Wipro Ltd, I led the L&D team for Western India. My
mission there was not only to deliver workshops but also to transform our unit into a centre
of creativity and profitability, contributing directly to organisational success.
Moving on to a global role at Genpact LLC, I took on responsibilities that included consulting on learning design, technology, and operations. This position demanded close collaboration and onsite work with international clients and leaders to enhance learning efficiencies and overall business processes, involving significant assignments across North America and the APAC regions.
In 2015, I joined Macquarie Group as the Head of Learning Design, Delivery, and innovation. In this role, I expanded my focus to encompass broad-scale organisational employee development strategies, leading a transformative journey that significantly boosted our capabilities, set new industry standards, and became an award-winning learning team.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of influencing various learning domains,
industries, and geographies. These experiences have equipped me with a robust skill set to
develop and implement strategies that enhance employee development and organisational
capability.
Driven by a passion for empowering others, I founded Learning Tribe. This venture has
allowed me to collaborate extensively with organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and
beyond, continually broadening and deepening my expertise. Working with diverse teams
enriches my understanding and helps me effectively apply my skills across various
organisational contexts.
